1) 2-4 years as a windows sw dev experience that includes c#/.NET, c++.  This can include a sustaining engineering role.  or a QA role.  But this time duration must includes roles in which the primary function of the candidate was programming.

 2) 1.5-2 years full-time python scripting experience.  Role must have entailed doing python programming most of the time.

3) basic windows sys admin experience, i.e, developers or qa engineers expected to know.
