4. Maintain records of Info received from the prospects pertaing to technical queries
5. Infrastructure planning and budgeting
6. Human resources management /retention
7. Project status reporting
8. Training of associates and subordinates
9. Quality process management
10. Contract review record

HE/she should have experience of about 2-3 years in project management and an overall experience in IT of about 6 years . Should be familiar with latest IT technologies and preferably be PMP.

Key Result Area
1. Project delivery on time
2. Project within Budget estimate.
3. Set quality control – project delivery without defects
4. Non conformity for quality should be zero
5. Every Business proposal should be ready within three days.
