Job Purpose:

Create user centric mockup for user review and act as UI input to UX developers

Key Responsibilities:

 Create low fidelity wireframes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brain storming.

 Making sure all the outputs are based on User Centric Design approach.

 Capable of gauging technical feasibility of the prototype for Mobile, Tablet and Desktop Breakpoints

 Presents high fidelity Visual designs/mock-ups for review/iteration/approval.

 Able to explain his/her design philosophy verbally and in writing and Follow the Brand standards

Skills & Experience:

 Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.

 Able to create Wireframes using Axure or any similar wireframing tools.

 Design Tools: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Fireworks.

Desired Experience:

 A minimum of 5+ years of formal industry/professional experience as a web/mobile and Responsive designer.

 Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy.

 Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.

 Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries.

 Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.

 Formal education in interaction design (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) is a definite plus.

 Good understanding of Agile and working in Scrums

 Understanding of Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
