Technical Skills:

Ø  HCM + SF - > added advantage ( 5 - 6 Years )

Ø  SAP HCM HR , Human Capital Management

Ø  HCM on Cloud

Ø  SAP HCM-SF Consultant – Success Factor

Ø  Good Communication Skills

Ø  Good Leadership Quality

Ø  Should be more of coordinating with Saudi ppl to explain them the process + details on SF and also understanding their Business Process.
