Should have 3-6 years of IT experience.

      Experience in software design & development using Java & J2EE technologies.

      Experience in development, testing and deployment.

      Experience in open source java/j2ee based technologies, J2EE and Java based frameworks [Swing, JMS, Junit, Spring, Hibernate, SVN, log4j,  XML- XSD-JAXB, XSLT]

      Ability to understand existing application architecture & make changes.

      Good written and verbal communication skills.

Added Advantage:

      Experience in Sybase/Oracle and PL/SQL.

      Experience in Banking and Financial Domain especially around Investment Banking.
