Mandatory

·         Min 5 years of relevant work experience in SharePoint 2010 for Sr. SharePoint Developer

·         Min 3 years of relevant work experience in SharePoint 2010 for Jr. SharePoint Developer

·         Must be able to design and develop SharePoint solutions based Object model, Workflows, BCS, Enterprise Search, Site definitions, Timer Jobs and Service Applications

·         Very good knowledge of using SharePoint Designer

·         Must have experience on creating layouts on SharePoint 2010 masterpage

·         Must be able to validate Functional Requirements and formulate the technical specs of the Solution.

·         Have implemented Design Patterns & Best Practices for reliability, maintainability, performance and security.

·         Experience with Capacity planning , Data modeling, Governance for Systems that manage huge data ( List items, site collections, workflows)

·         NET experience is must (C#, ASP.NET, WCF, WF,SQL Server)

Good Communication skills are must  .
