JOB DESCRIPTION

 

 

 

Key Performance Areas

 

  • Preparation, submission of Compliance of Statutory requirements
  • Follow up with government agencies / departments / factory units
  • To establish and maintain harmonious long term relation ship with outside agencies / factory units
  • To Implementing and maintaining time office salary & wages functions
  • To supply & maintain manpower required for respective units as per approved sanctions
  • To Implementing and maintaining the contractual wages function
  • Effective implementation of Health, Safety & Welfare activities
  • Maintaining zero accidents level in all units
  • Maintain Fire and safety regulations of the organization
  • Implementing and maintaining discipline as per stated policies & communication
  • Ensuring correct, authentic and timely communication to seniors, unit heads and top management on feed back and information as per requirement
  • Maintain Harmonious Industrial relations in all units
  • Maintain insurance policies
  • General factory administration
  • Implementation & reporting of QMS & MIS reports

 


 

Tasks & Responsibilities

 

Salary & Wages Administration

  • Ensuring timely & error free payment of salary & wages.
  • To Generate of Monthly, Quarter & yearly Salary reports as and when required.
  • Ensuring all Statutory compliance is carried out as per schedules i.e. PF, ESIC, PT etc

 

Contract Labour Management

  • Deployment of Labour as the manpower requirement
  • Timely payment of Contract Labour Bill.
  • To ensure zero loss of man hours

 

Time Keeping

  • Monitoring attendance, leaves, and late coming as per attendance policy
  • Generation of absenteeism report & taking corrective measures
  • Year updating of leave book
  • Grievance handling& corrective Measures.

 

Statutory Compliance:

  • To ensure statutory compliance is done for all units
  • To liaison and attend court related matters
  • To maintain systems/ records  for statutory documentation

 

Administration Related:

  • To oversee smooth functioning of all administration related tasks viz. security, housekeeping, travel, accommodation, insurance, building, vehicle etc.
  • To maintain systems for personnel records and documentation
  • To oversee timely payroll input and disbursement of employee benefits
  • Maintain resources - transport, vehicles, communication & water
  • Maintain guest house & guest welfare

 

Employee Relations:

  • To monitor of  unions agreement norms and maintenance for agreed period in a sustained manner
  • To maintain & improve positive industrial climate in the Units which can ensure productivity growth, cost containment and safety compliance as per Group standard.
  • To investigate and initiate disciplinary action for staff and workmen
  • To maintain and improve harmonious relationship with employees on a long term basis

 

Fire, Safety & Health

  • Training & maintenance of fire, health and safety equipments / requirement.
  • To maintain safety of employees and infrastructure & property of company
  • To conduct safety audit for compliance and initiate corrective measures
  • To ensure zero accident status and zero loss of man hours

 

Quality Management Systems

    1. To Monitor & Implement of  ISO System
    2. To Monitor & Implement of  IWAY System

Reports

  • Monthly statutory compliance reports
  • Manpower report – absenteeism for staff and operators
  • Monthly report on fire and accidents happened cases
  • Monthly report on observed NC – communication, transport, discipline, house keeping , safety etc

    Education & Experience Requirement                                                                                           

 

  • Post Graduate in Personnel management from a reputed Management Institute.

 

  • Over 3-6 years experience in the field of P & A in similar or diverse industry
