o   streamlining HR activities.

o   Maintaining Attrition Reports.

o   Conducting Skip Level meetings.

o   Induction for new joinees.

o   Facilitate Disciplinary action.

o   HR policies updation.

o   Employee Relations.

o   Handling Employee Grievances.

o   Conducting Open House sessions with agents to understand their issues and resolve them at the earliest.

o   Daily floor visit to follow up on any employee related query, issues and concerns.

o   Communicating HR policies and processes to employees.

o   Inform employees about Accelerated Growth Programme and Hippo programme.

o   Assistance in organizing of get-togethers, picnics, parties, etc.

o   Process Improvements.

o   Adherence to information security policy."
