• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Good understanding of Database concepts.
• Strong Computer Science Fundamentals.
• Attention to Detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• TECHNICAL :-
• Good work experience on OpenSource Technologies/Projects.
• Required Knowledge of JSF
• Required Knowledge of Spring 3.X
• Required Experience in MySQL database, database operations.
• Required Experience with Demandware.(Not mandatory)
• Required Experience with creating web services in REST / SOAP.
• Experience with application servers like JBoss, Tomcat, Weblogic etc. (Minimum One)

Experience with Ant and Maven as build tools.

Preferred

• Experience of working with Java Framework PrimeFaces 3.5 and any one of Apache Click, Apache Wicket, Vaadin, Spring, Zkoss etc
• Experience of working in an agile environment.
• Experience in NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, Hadoop, HBase etc.)
• Experience with Lucene/Solr.
• Experience with Multi Threading.
• Experience of quartz
• Fair knowledge of Linux, shell scripting.

Experience with Java based thick client development (Swing, SWT)
