Location - Pune

Requirement

• Must have 4+ years of experience working on the Application Support in a web centric environment.
• Able to diagnose production issues and problems, troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for customer problems related to application errors.
• Ability to understand code, scripts, and SQL statements to troubleshoot production support issues.
• Develop and support the automation of routine operational activities using Shell Scripts, Perl, bash and Python.
• Strong trouble-shooting skills that span network, web, application and database systems, and code debugging.
• Experience with web-based Java/J2EE architectures
• Basic knowledge of Linux, Unix
• Should be able to work in 14x7 shifts. Perform on-call duty and rotation
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to coordinate with Development, QA and Infrastructure teams to resolve the production issues. Should be able to report and share progress on issue resolution with stakeholder
