Mandatory

Technical Skills :

• 2-4 yrs of experience in FileNet Image Services and Capture Professionals installation and administration support.
• 2-4 yrs of strong experience in administration and support.
• 1-2 Years experience in Database administration(Oracle, MS SQL & DB2)
• Must have performed product upgrades and product migrations to different Windows or Unix platforms
• Ability to setup regular Backups & Should has experience in setting up FileNet DR Environment.
• Work with IBM to resolve PMR
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into FileNet system specifications.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Good analytical abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication

Preferred

1. Experience in FileNet Image services 4.x administration & Capture Professional Administration experience.
